TBCA at a Glance

The Tangsa Baptist Churches Association (TBCA) is the largest fellowship of believers among the Tangsa community, comprising 100 churches and 8 fellowships with a baptized membership of approximately 18,000. Its ministry extends primarily across Changlang District, Arunachal Pradesh, with affiliated churches and institutions in Tinsukia District, Assam, and Tirap District, Arunachal Pradesh, India.

The TBCA Headquarters, known as the TBCA Mung Mission Centre, is located at Nongtham Village, surrounded by Nongtham, Jotinkaikhe, and Kaikhepothar villages. The nearest railway station is at Ledo (38 km), and the nearest airport is about a 3-hour drive from the Mission Centre.

TBCA serves a culturally rich and diverse community, representing over 32 distinct linguistic groups within the Tangsa people.
